We thoroughly check everything before dispatching your device. If you still find a fault we didn't disclose after delivery, we'll offer a replacement device — and if that's not possible, you'll get a full refund.

itech.vault is a premium iPhone sourcing service. We find verified iPhones — new, open box, or used — sourced especially and exclusively for you, based on exactly what you need, and deliver them anywhere in Pakistan.
We share photos, videos, and IMEI/serial number on request before you pay the full amount. We fully disclose device condition, battery health, and any known issues upfront — including any replaced or repaired parts. You can verify PTA status yourself at dirbs.pta.gov.pk.
If you notice a fault after delivery, let us know right away and send the device back to us for inspection. If it's been opened, repaired by a third party, or damaged after delivery, we won't be able to take responsibility for it.
We deliver to every city across Pakistan, completely free. Once your full payment is confirmed, we dispatch your device the same day (during business hours on business days), and you'll receive tracking details as soon as it's on its way.
Every order comes with a 10-day warranty from the date you receive your device. If any fault comes up that we didn't tell you about, we'll make it right — your choice of a full refund or a replacement device.
Please check Face ID, display/panel, touch response, and front/rear cameras immediately upon receiving — these must be raised right away and can't be covered after that point.
We happily accept returns for any genuine fault we did not disclose, within the 10-day warranty period. Returns aren't possible for change of mind, or for faults clearly communicated and agreed to before purchase. Refunds are sent via bank transfer promptly.
We charge a small sourcing fee to begin actively searching for your exact match. If we're unable to source your device, this fee is fully refunded.
Once we've found your device and you'd like to hold it while you decide, you can place a Rs 10,000 reservation token to reserve it exclusively for 24 hours. If you don't proceed within that window, 50% of the token is refunded and the device goes back on sale. If you do proceed, the token is adjusted into your final price.
We ask for full payment upfront via bank transfer before we dispatch your device. We only accept bank transfer for now — account details are shared personally once your order is confirmed. Installments aren't available at the moment.
We'll always clearly tell you whether your device is PTA Approved, Non-PTA Factory Unlocked, or Non-PTA SIM Locked. Since we source on demand, availability depends on the market — if we can't source your device at the agreed price, we'll let you know immediately and refund your token in full. Your quoted price is locked once you pay the booking token.
